While residing in suburban New Jersey, she raised two children, a daughter and a son. In 2001, Judy married William “Bill” Bulpitt and became an active member of the greater Georgia Tech community, attending football games and engaging with Bill’s extensive network of fraternity brothers from Tau Kappa Epsilon.

Judy had a passion for travel, enjoying numerous trips across many U.S. states and to several European countries, including England, France, Italy, and Spain. One of the highlights of her travels was a memorable trip to Southern Africa in 2019.

She is survived by her husband, William “Bill” Bulpitt, and her daughter, Denise Rothman, along with Denise’s husband, Rick, and their daughter Tori, who resides in Smithfield, North Carolina. Judy’s son, Darren LaPadula, lives in Whitney Point, New York, with his wife Melissa and their two sons, Jesse in Binghamton, New York, and Holden in Brooklyn, New York. Additionally, she is survived by her brother, David Martin, of Marlton, New Jersey, and two stepchildren in the Atlanta area, Geoffrey Bulpitt and Rebecca Shepeard.
